How long will my order take?

Since everything is handmade, I aim for two weeks from order to final product. The casting is the longest period for the product which can take several days to complete. Please wait two weeks from the order date to ask about the status of your order.

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as everything is handmade. However, if you notice something considerably wrong with your item (in the extremely rare event that it’s broken) please get in touch.

How do I figure out my ring size? / What is my ring size in the UK?

You can figure out your ring size at home using a piece of string, or you can order a ring sizer which will accurately measure this for you. In terms of the conversion to UK sizing, please see this.
